Group Lodging Services
The Idyllwild Bureau of Tourism can assist your organization in booking up to 75 rooms that can accommodate over 150 guests. There may be a fee depending on the scope of your group needs.  

Idyllwild has numerous inns that are within a short walking distance of the largest conference facility, the village and one another.

Conference Facilities
Small: There is relaxed space that is ideally suited for 10 – 30 attendees at a hand-full of inns.

Medium: Numerous inns are within a short walking distance of one another and a conference center that is most suitable for 70, or fewer, attendees.

Largest: Our centrally located Town Hall, with indoor and outdoor stages, can accommodate 150+

Event Planning
The Idyllwild Bureau of Tourism can provide a referral to a professional event planner with the resources that groups often need.
 

Meeting Co-ordination
Meeting Co-ordination: One of our professionals can, for a modest fee, be your meeting coordinator so that your group leader can concentrate on the more important matters at hand.

Team Building Activities 
Team Building Activities: Activities can be arranged on hiking trails, on the water, on mountain bikes, on horseback, in the forest, over climbing boulders and several other challenging venues.
